If the guest has delayed the payment date up to 2 days, then a document is taken as a pledge (certificate, passport, issued upon payment). If the guest is overdue with payment of more than 2 days, the hostel has the right to take personal things as collateral and evict the guest. These items and documents are returned to the guest only after full payment.

On the day of departure, the guest must contact the administration 15 minutes before the departure time in order to transfer the bed, etc. to the administrator.

If the guest paid for a long stay, but leaves early and requires a refund, then the amount is returned at the rate of 3000 tg. per night. In this case, the guest must notify the administrator about this at least 2 days before the date of departure.

If the administrator detects damage as a result of damage to property or loss of items (slippers, keys, etc.), the guest is deducted the amount of damage caused, according to market value or price list.
